The following equipment and items will remain with the duck club. However this should be verified at the time escrow is opened.
- 1967 D-4 Cat with a dozer on the front with electric start – all hoses, lines, etc. have been checked and replaced if necessary
- 9.5’ offset Brush Hog – was purchased new from Moore Tractor a year ago
- 10.5’ disc with hydraulic hoses
- 6’ offset mower, older
- Ford Ranger 4-wheel drive white pickup (1982 or 1983)
- Quad runner with a 10’ spray rig , 15 and 25 gallon tanks
- 2 boats, 12’ long and two outboard motors
- Power Washer
- Weed Eaters
- Self propelled walk behind 36” (estimated) brush mower with low hours
- Bar-B-Que, Strada III, 3-burner with an additional covered burner on the side, 1 year old
- All outdoor decoys (approximately 400 duck decoys; 12 new standup and 12 floater geese decoys)
- A majority of the tools in the Duck Cleaning area
- Air compressor
- All major appliances
- All furnishings, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, glasses, with the exception of a few personal items that have sentimental value, will be included.
