William T. Morgan
A 1944 graduate of Racine County Wisconsin’s
School of Agriculture, he was active in farming for 10
years prior to entering the United States Air Force in
1951. During his 2 years of active duty and 6 years in
the reserves, he received an honorable discharge in 1959.
While completing his reserve duty, he briefly worked
for Woodland Tractor in 1955, just prior to starting
his 32 year career in commercial harvesting. During the
off season in 1961, he passed the Real Estate exam and
received his Real Estate salesman’s license. He
passed the Real Estate Broker’s exam in 1963 and
received his Brokers license at which time he opened
his own real estate office.
In 1987, he retired from Commercial Harvesting and
began selling real estate full time. Being involved in
agriculture for many years has lead to a very successful
real estate career specializing in the sale of Duck Clubs,
Rice Ground, Row Crop Ground, Orchards, and Cattle Ranches
through out Northern California. In the last five years,
Homes, Commercial Real Estate and Development Properties
have been to the list of properties being marketed through
the office.
When he is not in the office or out showing property,
he can be found conducting business on the golf course.
Scott D. Morgan
A lifetime resident of Yolo County, he graduated from
Cal Poly - -San Luis Obispo with a B. S. degree in Soil
Science in 1977. Vocational experience includes teaching,
investment evaluation and over 20 years as a real estate
agent specializing in agricultural, residential, and
recreational properties throughout Northern California.
His pastimes include playing and teaching golf.
