William T. Morgan

Bill is a 1944 graduate of Racine County Wisconsin’s School of Agriculture. He was active in farming for 10 years prior to entering the United States Air Force in 1951. During his two years of active duty and six years in the reserves, he received an honorable discharge in 1959.

While completing his reserve duty, he briefly worked for Woodland Tractor in 1955, just prior to starting his 32 year career in commercial harvesting. During the off season in 1961, he passed the Real Estate exam and received his Real Estate salesman’s license. He passed the Real Estate Broker’s exam in 1963 and received his Brokers license at which time he opened William T. Morgan Real Estate.

In 1987, he retired from commercial harvesting and began selling real estate full time. Being involved in agriculture for many years has lead to a very successful real estate career specializing in the sale of Duck Clubs, Rice Ground, Row Crop Ground, Orchards, and Cattle Ranches throughout Northern California. In the last five years, Homes, Commercial Real Estate and Development Properties have been added to the list of properties being marketed through our office.

When he is not in the office or out showing property, Bill can be found conducting business on the golf course!
